Dr. Saqa is a native of Somerset County and graduated from Bound Brook High School before going on to Rutgers College. He then completed one year of Rutgers Graduate School in Physiology and Neurobiology before attending the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Philadelphia. He also completed externships in the Eye Institute's pediatric department, the William Feinbloom Low Vision Center, and the VA hospital in Basking Ridge, N.J. 

 

Dr. Saqa is a skilled and knowledgeable optometrist who shows kindness and patience. He conducts thorough eye exams to carefully evaluate your eye health and provide prescriptions for eyeglasses and contact lenses.  

 

Dr. Saqa is Board certified in the treatment and management of ocular disease, Board certified in therapeutic optometry, and Board certified in the use of oral pharmaceutical agents.  He has also received the William Feinbloom clinical excellence award for low vision rehabilitation.
